You have been selected to participate on an ATVC team for the 2023-24 season!
Step 1 - Select one of the two options:
1) Option to commit to play for ATVC for the 23-24 season and agree not to tryout or play for another club or 2) Option not to commit to play for ATVC and forego the offer. You have 72 hours from the time the coach contacts you to decide and sign a contract stating your decision, after that time the offer will become available to another player.

Players and families are encouraged to read through and consider the ATVC 2023-24 Offer Package and ATVC Club Manual prior to making their choice. Coaches are happy to answer any clarifying questions you may have!

Step 2 - Complete the Offer Acceptance Letter
Shortly after you are contacted, you will receive an email from SignWell. You will complete the form to accept or decline the offer presented to you. Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive it within 12 hours from the time you were offered the position. If you are unable to locate it, please contact your coach as soon as possible.

Only continue on to Step 3 if you chose Option 1.

Step 3 - Pay the Commitment Fee of $250 by Venmo, Cash, or Check (payable to ATVC) within the 72 hour window mentioned in Step 1. Please contact the Club Director, Baylie Mills (817) 913-7549, to make arrangements for cash/check drop-offs or to discuss financial accommodations if needed.

Step 4 - Sign the Parent-Player Contract
You will receive another email from SignWell. Please read, complete, and return the contract as soon as possible. The player(s) need to read and familiarize themselves with the Player Pledge included in the document.

Step 5 - Get connected with us!
Remind: Club wide updates, information, and reminders specific to ATVC members
Facebook: General information
Instagram: General information
GroupMe: Your coach(es) will invite you to a new group. This is where all information that is team specific will be shared. At least one parent must join the group.

Step 6 - WELCOME TO THE TRIBE!
We're so excited to have you be a part of our Tribe! Your coach will share any new or relevant information as it comes.

Step 7 (Optional) - Post a selfie! #AngeloTribe
Show your TRIBE spirit by posting a selfie on Facebook & Instagram with the #AngeloTribe and be sure to tag us in it! Those who participate will receive $10 off their club dues.
